Kevin McKay’s latest single is one that has taken nearly 10 years to complete. He first started working on this song with Romanthony back in 2007. At the time, Romanthony had an idea to do something inspired by Cajmere’s classic “Percolator”. They went round and round in circles trying to find a beat that would do that idea justice and never managed to make anything that did.
In 2011 they tried again, but found it still too difficult to make something that was up to the brief. Finally, this year, with the help of top engineer to the stars, Andy MacDougall, Kevin has managed to put together a beat that we think does it justice. Here it is. Buy it exclusively @ BEATPORT.
